Read between the lines: Americans do not need health insurance; Americans need rational sane men like Graham and McCain to kill more of our sons and daughters by voting to wage wars against the rest of the world; America the Great at any cost, as long as it is costed out of the Pentagon's budget...Ideology above all else--women's rights, civil rights, and human rights be damned!
